Just remebered this about my hospital release.
When i released myself i had to sign to say i accept responsibility. They produced a 3 page report on everything and attached a copy of my last ECG. My mate was waiting to take me away and was reading the report while i disscussed the medication i would be taking. Suddenly, Steve started chuckleing like a 6 year old brat. "Whats up with you knob head" I said. Me and this very lovely staff nurse listened as steve read out the 3 lines of discharge data. Date, bla bla, location bla bla, status-ALIVE. Boy, was i happy to know this. just one of the daftest cases of arse covering i have come accross. And this is absolutely true. |

Good to hear that you are still with us. Now be a ' good boy' and take your daily dose of Aspirin, Clopidogrel, Beta Blockers and the occasional dose of Insulin. Always have your Glyceril Trinitrate spray near by.
Funny thing about the not being allowed to drive. The bumpf I got from my Hospital only stated that I am not allowed to drive a car for a while. Once out of there I was back on the bike in no time. I never felt so alive !!!
I am wishing a continued and speedy recovery. |
